All orders will be processed on the same working day for orders placed before 23:59 CET (excluding weekends and public holidays), after you have received your order confirmation email. You will be notified again when your order has been dispatched.
Consignment
We will endeavour to deliver your order to the delivery address that you specify when you place your order.
We may notify you if we expect to exceed the expected delivery date, but we will not be liable to you for any loss, liability, cost, damage or expense resulting from delayed delivery to the extent permitted by law.
We may not be able to deliver Products to certain locations, in which case we will inform you and arrange for the order to be cancelled and refunded or delivered to another delivery address confirmed by you.
Risk in the Product passes to you on delivery to the delivery address, unless delivery is delayed because you have failed to comply with your obligations under these Terms. Risk passes on the date on which delivery would have taken place if you had not complied with your obligations.
If you are unable to accept delivery or collection of your order, we may provide you with a card with instructions on how to obtain a new delivery or collection by the carrier.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can check its status. It takes up to 24 hours before the tracking information is available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us via service@boombaaroo.com with your name and order number and we will investigate the matter for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery if the item is unused, in original condition and meets our returns policy. We will refund the full amount of the order. See our full returns policy for more information.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at service@boombaaroo.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We will take care of it as soon as possible and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
