Overview of the policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Different types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care products.
- To finalise your return, we need proof of purchase or a receipt for the purchase.

You may not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only a partial refund can be given:
Book with clear signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl discs that have been opened. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault. Any goods returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether we accept or reject your refund.
If your refund is accepted, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically added to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or non-existent refunds
- If you have not yet received a refund, you should first check your bank account again.
- You should then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially booked.
- Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund can be booked.

Goods
Only normal-priced goods can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only exchange goods that are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same product, please email us at service@boombaaroo.com and we will help you.

Gift labelling
If the item was labelled as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, you will receive a gift voucher by post.
If the item was not labelled as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Returns
To return your product, please send an email to service@boombaaroo.com We will assist you from there.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged item to reach you.If you are returning more expensive goods, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
